First Tier Search is an independent Executive Search Firm founded in 1998.  Our focus is on providing personalized and targeted search to a select group of middle market client companies throughout the United States with a particular emphasis on Tennessee and the southeast.   

AREAS OF FOCUS 

•  ACCOUNTING, FINANCE AND BANKING:  We work with a wide array of middle market companies on critical hiring needs in Accounting and Finance.  Additionally, we partner with select Private Equity Firms, Investment Banking Firms, Advisory Firms, Commercial Banks, and Specialty Finance Companies in helping them identify Finance and Investment Professionals.
• PRIVATE EQUITY:  We work with Private Equity Firms and other Investment Firms on identifying C-Level and Key Senior Executives for their Portfolio Companies.
• CONSUMER GOODS:  We work with the Senior Management Teams and the Boards of Privately owned and Publicly Traded Middle Market Consumer Goods Companies with regards to key hires in middle to C - level management.
